He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fredenberg and Leona Fredenberg (Doleshaw); his children, Scott and Naomi; and his siblings, Glenn, William, Eleanor Kowski, Lois Benish and Dorothy Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Wagner; his children, Garth Fredenberg (Sandy) of Cottage Grove, Michelle Fredenberg of Cottage Grove and Marcy Grassa (William) of Florida; his grandsons, Seth Grassa (Rachel) and Austin Grassa; and his siblings, John Fredenberg, Ruth Rahn and Marjorie Drogsvold.
