We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2024, at the age of 95, Florence S. Filley (Sun Prairie, Wisconsin), born in Ashtabula, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Florence farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Florence is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Simon and Victoria Nagem Simon; her friend Lois Nelson; her daughters, Leah Filley, Jennifer Elliott (Tim) and Amy Guinther (David); her grandchildren, Austin Elliott (Morgan), Ruby Guinther and Gabrielle Guinther; and her great grandchild Mabel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made Agrace or a charity of your choice.
