He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryan Kershner and Audrey Kershner (Chitwood); his wife E. Jane Flint; his grandchildren, Katie Kershner and Isaiah Crigger; his daughter-in-law Peg Kershner; and his brother Bryan H. Kershner Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Thomas (Linda), Donnie (Sue) and John (Pat); and his sister Wilma Jean Ward. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Tuschen-Newcomer Funeral Home (302 Columbus St, Sun Prairie, WI 53590). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Sun Prairie V.F. W. A burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 18, 2024 at Sun Prairie Memory Gardens.
