Holzem (Sun Prairie, Wisconsin), born in Wausau, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 95, on April 17, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Holzem and Eleanor Holzem (Scheck); his wife Barbara "Bobbie" Van Alstine; his daughter Mary Jo Buege; and his brother Warren Holzem.
He is survived by: his sons, Peter (Diane) of Farmington, NM and Paul (Maureen) of Madison; his son-in-law Wynn Buege of Appleton; his grandchildren, Kathleen (Shane), Molly Lohr Madison (Dan), Erin Van Handel (Mark) of Greendale, Brianna Neill (Jesten) of Oshkosh and Jacob Buege (Jenna) of Milwaukee; his sister Barbara A. Gruening; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Van Alstine (Kay) and Jan Van Alstine. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
Due to restrictions associated with Covid-19, attendance will be limited to immediate family and relatives, with some guests in attendance based upon the capabilities of Sacred Hearts. Social distancing and masks will be required for attendees.
In lieu of flowers donations will be made in Claude's name to Sacred Hearts Church or the Sun Prairie Lions Club.
