She is survived by: her husband Tim Koyen of Sun Prairie; her son TJ Koyen (Jacque) of DeForest; her grandchildren, Fletcher and Frances; her daughter Kaylee Polzin (Aaron) of LeCenter, MN; her parents, James Weisman and Kathy Weisman of Sun Prairie; and her sister Connie Dahlstrom (Brian) of Middleton. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
