He is survived by: his daughter Autumn Lynn Berg of Sullivan; his significant other Mary Clark of Janesville; his mother Mae Berg of Janesville; and his siblings, Linda Ferguson of Janesville, Larry Berg (Peggy Edwards) of San Diego, Penny Erickson (Randy) of Monroe and Sandy Schmidt (Steve) of Janesville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
