He was predeceased by: his father Alex MacKenzie; and his brother Ernie. He is survived by: his mother Catherine MacKenzie (Congdon); his son Mike; his wife Denice Kindt; his children, Cheyenne Lentz (Wade) and Waylon MacKenzie; his stepdaughter Nicole of Kayla, John; and his siblings, Henry (Kay), Maggie and Gabe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
