He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter J. Stefonek and Rose M. Stefonek (Lorbetski). He is survived by: his siblings, Celeste Blattler of Lewiston, Randy Stefonek of Sugar Camp and Noreen Catherson (Ronald) of Las Cruces; his aunt Evelyn Wendorf of Portage; and his close friend Kathleen Haker of Rhinelander. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
