He was predeceased by: his mother Agnes Zmek; his children, Duane Zmek and Beverly Zmek; his sister Rita; and his father James Zmek.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Zmek (Angel) and Carol Zmek; his brothers, Bob Zmek (Barb) and Bill Zmek (Terry); and his grandchildren, Brandon, Kaylea, Chloe, MaKayla, Hadie and Livia.
