He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Irene; and his brother James. He is survived by: his children, Paula Ann, Christopher John (Julie) and Gerald Carlton; his grandchildren, Amber Nicole, Haley Rose, Seth Tyler and Logan Gerald; his sisters, Janice and Kathy; and his significant other Howie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
