Alvin Charles Sowinski Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2022, at the age of 86, Alvin Charles Sowinski of Sugar Camp, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sowinski and Evelyn Sowinski; his son Vince; his siblings, Dorothy Cirilli and Sonny Sowinski; and his friend Denny Dart.
He is survived by: his nephews, Greg and John; his family Richie Gross; his wife Shirley; his children, Anne Gamoke (Paul), Mary Sowinski (Rich Javenkoski) and Paul Sowinski (Tunie); his grandchildren, Allison, Marcus, Sarah Gamoke, Lauren, Madalyn, Bradley and Kara Sowinski; and his siblings, Mary Ann Roberts and Henry Jr. Sowinski (Diane). He is also survived by cousins, many sisters-in law, brothers-in law, nieces, nephews, and other loving friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, the family will share memorials in memory of Al with St. Kunegunda Catholic Church, the Rhinelander Knights of Columbus, and other Sugar Camp organizations. The family encourages everyone who is in good health to donate blood.
