He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne C. Price and Marion Price (Gunn); his wife Ethel Freimuth; his grandson Nicholas Price; and his siblings, David, Margaret and Donna.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Price, Kenneth Price, Susan MacWilliams, Julie Thomas (Kyle) and William "Bill" Price (Ann); his grandchildren, Jessica Yates (Roy), Aaron Thomas, Emilie Price, Brett Price (Meagan) and Alyssa Thomas (Ben Weyers); and his great grandchildren, Roy, Ross, Nilo and Esona. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
