We bid farewell to Thomas L. Dominiczak of Suamico, Wisconsin, born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 22, 2024 at the age of 63. Thomas touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Dominiczak and Celine Dominiczak (Mroczynski); his wife Cindy Groh; and his partner's son Mitch. He is survived by: his son Andrew Anderson (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Christian, Kade, Beckett and Charley; his girlfriend Patty; his partner's child Bradlee; his brothers, Mike Dominiczak (Sue), Larry Dominiczak (Lisa) and Doug Dominiczak (Mary); and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Carrie, Tyler, Daniel, Sara (Tristan) and Trevor. He is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in memory of Tom to help children that are affected with cancer go on hunting and fishing excursions.
