He is survived by: his sons, Adam Thomas (Melissa), Andy Thomas (Kendra) and Mac Thomas; his grandchildren, Kenzie, Grayson and Braxton; and his siblings, Lee Patske (Sue) and Mike Thomas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
