He was predeceased by: his stepfather Clarence LaCourt; his parents-in-law, Fred Topel and Ida Topel; and his siblings, Dalton, Alice Jenson and Mary Lou Lackey.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Hyland (Vicki) and Jayne Hyland (Tish Rodriguez) of El Paso; his siblings, Wayne LaCourt (Mary) and Linda Carey (Ronald) of Joanne LaCourt; his siblings-in-law, Janet Hyland and Dean Jensen; and also, Andrew Bay (Brittnie Hill), Jordan Bay and Green Bay. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
