She is survived by: her children, Glen Konshak, Kevin Konshak (Christine), Keith Konshak, Sharon Konshak, Karen Konshak and Gary Konshak (Lisa); her daughter-in-law Annette Konshak; her grandchildren, Lisa Willi, Mary Konshak, David Konshak, Elizabeth Konshak, Ben Konshak, Bryan Konshak, Amy DeVault, Nathan Konshak, Richard Konshak and Joshua Konshak; her sister Shirley Haskins; and her parents-in-law, Millie Haskins, Clarice Konshak and Joseph Westcott. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
