He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Lukes and Rita Lukes (Giudice); his wife Mary; his children, John (Michelle), Justin (Ashley) and Katie; his grandson Tyler Lukes; his stepgrandchildren, Devlin, Cain and Alex; his siblings, Jim Lukes (Antonette), Jane Aulik (Tom) and Nada Guarascio (John); his siblings-in-law, Louis Raska (Paula), Ken Raska (Diane), Bruce Raska, Donald Kramer, Pat Brier (Jim) and Debbie Raska (Dan); his mother-in-law Henrietta Schaetz (Don); and his pet Haylee. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Paul's name.
