He is survived by: his children, Michael Slusarek III (Lucy), Sharon Kornowske and Vernon Slusarek (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Apryl Andrews (Matthias), Aaron Slusarek (Melissa), Abbie Slusarek (Sam Jauquet), Katy Kornowske (Kris Vanden Putten), Misty McInnes (Nate), Tammy Jobelius (Wesley), Alex Slusarek (Melanie), Stacie Delwiche (Bryan) and Shelly Lohia (Karan). He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
