She was predeceased by: her parents, Antone Kozlowski and Frances Kozlowski (Banaszynski); her husband Dale Keuken; her son Mark; her parents-in-law, Henry and Margaret Keuken; her siblings, Rita Ratz, Alvin Kozlowski and Norbert Kozlowski; and her sisters-in-law, Lorraine, Eleanor, Helen and JoAnn.
She is survived by: her friend Linda Pagel; her sons, Tim (Terry) and Kurt (Natalie); her grandchildren, Bobbi Jo Keuken (Geoff), Jeremy Keuken (Amber), Ben Keuken (Alyssa), Sarah Rittenberry (Joseph), Rachael Keuken (Mike) and Ashley Johnson (Drew); her great grandchildren, Paige, Walker, Hazel, Henry and Harper; her brothers, Ray Kozlowski and Chester Kozlowski; and her brother-in-law Robert Ratz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
