He is survived by: his fiancé Laurie Jarvey; his daughters, Rachel Borowitz (Ed), Andrea Ayres (Mike) and Danielle Matthews (Jerrel); his partner's daughters, Cortney Jarvey (Ethan) and Kiara Jarvey (Logan); his granddaughters, Phoebe Elizabeth Ayres, Clara Jo Borowitz and Baby M; his pet Meeah; and also, Mary Campbell, Scott DeWitt (Carla), Mike DeWitt (Kathy), Kim DeWitt (Jay) and Julie Mecklenburg (Tom). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
