He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Thuss and Regina Thuss (Schrader); his wife Carol Thuss; his son Jeffrey Jay Meisner; his brothers, Eugene Thuss and Richard Thuss; his grandson Jacob Hanson; and his sister-in-law Rita Thuss.
He is survived by: his friend Romy; his children, Debbie Ackley (Jim), Mary McClanaghan, Jeff Thuss, Dayn (Stacey), Eric Meisner (Pam), Michelle Thuss, Marla (Roger) and Green Bay; and his grandchildren, Michelle Ackley, Trystan Meisner, Trevor Meisner (Gabrielle), Haley Meisner, Jeremy Meisner (Nicole), Erica Proehl, Ryan Meisner, Billy Hilley and Danielle Hilley. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
