He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zablocki and Dorothy Zablocki (Liss); his siblings, Carol Schultz and Kenneth Zablocki; his sister-in-law Betty Zablocki; and his parents-in-law, Louis and Emma Charlier.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Charlier; his children, Brian Zablocki (Jill) and Laura O'Mary (Randall) of The Colony, TX.; his grandchildren, Kristin Zablocki (Jacob Melville), Jackie Zablocki, Briana Zablocki, Danika Zablocki, Izzi Zablocki, Ryan O'Mary and Megan O'Mary; his brothers, Dennis Zablocki (Ginny), Leonard Zablocki (Bernice Koslowski), Raymond Zablocki (Maureen) and Gary Zablocki (Carol); and his siblings-in-law, Mike Schultz and Sue Zablocki. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established.
