She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Piontek and Tillie Piontek (Safian); her husband Anthony Horkman; her siblings, Tony, Jake, John, Ervin, Edward and Wanda Pochron; and her parents-in-law, Edward and Patronella Horkman.

She is survived by: her children, David Horkman, Dolores Shipley (Kerry) and Tom Horkman (Diane Boeder); and her grandsons, Brandon and Dylan Shipley.
