He was predeceased by: his parents, Antone "Tony" Kozloski and Angeline Kozloski (Dombrowski); his granddaughters, Katy Frisch and Megan Frehse; his siblings, Marlene, Pete Kozloski, Billy Kozloski and Barb White (Eddie); and his siblings-in-law, Don Van Lanen, Bill Francois (Pat), Hank Francois (Donna), Dick Francois and Darlene "Sis" Walters (Art).
He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Pam Schneider (Rick), Greg Kozloski (Pam), Jeff Kozloski (Crystal) and Paul Kozloski (Sue); his grandchildren, Alex Schneider, Arianna Stachura (Joshua), Cori'Anna Kozloski, Michael Kozloski, Andrew Kozloski (Melissa), David Kozloski (Heather) and Christopher Kozloski (Heather); his great grandchildren, Brody Olman, Alexis Schneider, Audrey Kozloski, Kilian Kozloski, Declan Kozloski, McKayla Frisch, Lindsay Frisch and Adalynn Frisch; his siblings, Geraldine Van Lanen and Ken Kozloski; his sister-in-law Peggy Francois; and his nephew Adam Frisch. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
