He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Horkman (Piontek); his children, David Horkman, Dolores Shipley (Kerry) and Tom Horkman (Diane Boeder); his grandsons, Brandon and Dylan Shipley; and his sisters, Gladys Lamal and Mary Ann Horkman.
