He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Denise Celeste; his children, Carrie Slater (Steven), Ryan Chadek (Rachel) and Kyle Chadek; his grandchildren, Gianna, Maverick, Brantley and Penelope; his sisters, Gloria Friesema (Garry) and Dawn MacDonald (Matt); his parents, Jerome Chadek and Lois Chadek; his brother-in-law Patrick Celeste; and his nephew Eric Mortenson. He was also cherished by companion, Eagle; and other family members and friends.
