He is survived by: his wife Irma Jean Andress; and his children, Thomas (Muriel), Richard (Jeanne), Dale (Cheryl), Calvin (Patti) and Lois Kemper (Jim). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
