She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Harmann; her sons, Patrick and Keith Harmann; her parents, Peter Mueller and Elizabeth Mueller; her sister Rita Feuerer (Lester); her aunt Barb Miller; her siblings-in-law, Arthur Jr. Harmann (Audrey) and Marilyn Newman (Lloyd); and also, Arthur Sr. and Ruth Harmann.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Comello (Charles), Jeff Harmann (Peggy) and Scott Harmann (Gail); her grandchildren, Joey Harmann, Elizabeth Lisic (Alex), Alex and Kyle Harmann; and her great grandchildren, Evan, Elle Lisic and Hannah Harmann. She is also survived by nieces, nephews that were very dear to her, along with other relatives and friends.
In memory of Rose Ella, memorials to "St. Sebastian Catholic Church" have been suggested.
