He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben and Mary; his wife Donna; his daughter-in-law Annette; his siblings, Francis (Leecha), Mike (Rita), Joan (Del), Larry (Diane), Harold, Melvin, Delvin and Judy; and his siblings-in-law, Keith, Phil, Gordy, Donald, Paul, Eddie, Maynard, Bernell, Marilyn, Betty, Bernadine, Pauline and Janet.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Gould (Mike), David O'Brien (Sue), Ron O'Brien (Vicki), Terry O'Brien (Colleen) and Cheri Moore (Dan); his grandchildren, Mike, Bob, Jeremy, Jamey, Aisha, Casey, Rob, Adam, Felicia, Jason, Tiffany, Maureen, Shannon, Rachel, McKenzie and Erin; his siblings, Mary, Gary (Betty) and Jean; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry, Florence and Grace. He is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren.
