She was predeceased by: her parent Edward; and her brothers-in-law, Leonard Jarosz and Charles Piechocki. She is survived by: her parent Martina; her daughters, Julie Kortendick and Sharon Kortendick; her siblings, Thomas Strelka (Diane) of Strongsville, OH and Carol Jarosz of Oshkosh, WI; her sisters-in-law, Barbara Kortendick of Sturtevant, Kenneth Kortendick (Dorothy) of Racine, Thomas Kortendick (Heleen) of St. Germaine, WI, David Kortendick (Yvonne) of Menasha, WI and Barbara Piechocki of London, AR; and her friend Joan Chapman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives.
