She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rutkowski and Catherine Rutkowski; and her siblings, Alice Italiano, Mildred Zwickie, Lorraine Ulik, Esther Lubow, Mary Ann Jent, Shirley Beanlieu, Cecile Marquardt, Raymond Rutkowski, Paul, Eddie and LeRoy Reik.
She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Pfarr (Mike), Michael Blackstone (Tina) and Michele Bendix (Chris); her grandchildren, Jerry, Krystal (Kevin), Angelo, Jasmine, Cindy (Chad), Jonathan (Rebecca), Jennifer and April; and her great grandchildren, Kevin Jr., Donovan, Brendan, Cian, Aubrianna, Kyle, Bella, Hank, Cheyann, Alana, Kevon, Nadia, Jackson and Charlotte. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
