He is survived by: his parent Louella; his children, Debra Herrera of Racine and John Hawkins, Sr. of Burlington; his grandchildren, Tamra Nees of Racine, John Hawkins, Jr. of Franklin and Angel Hawkins of Racine; his great grandchildren, Joshua Jr., Jacob Nees, Jordan Nees, Ryan Lockridge, Jr., Jasmin Jones and Kaija Hawkins; his brothers, Clifford Hawkins of Racine and George Hawkins, Jr. (Jean) of Union Grove; and his brothers-in-law, John Vitacco (Marie), Richard Vitacco, Cats, Harley and Mitzy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
