She is survived by: her children, Richard "Rick" Polum (Brenda) of Union Grove and Deborah "Debby" Barton (Jeff) of North Ogden; her grandchildren, Kris Polum (Lia), Kim Ullstrup (Dan), Jason Barton (Brittany), Jeff Barton (Kim), Chris Barton (Cheryl) and Jennie Ouellette; and her siblings, Lorraine Russell and Donald Chapley (Joann). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
