He is survived by: his wife Sally Delsart of Peter's Lutheran Church; his children, Gina Glennon (Joseph) of Annapolis, MD and William Kostka III (Emily) of Centralville, MD; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Connor Glennon, Nathan and Madison Kostka; his sister Beth MacDonald; and his nephew Justin MacDonald.
