He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hart and Lenore Hart (Pfister); his sister-in-law Susan Hart; and his niece Amy Hart. He is survived by: his children, Chad Hart (Brandi) of Luxemburg and Kim Busalacchi (Christopher) of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Lauren, Brady, Taylor, Tannor and Treyden; his siblings, Robert Hart (Kathleen) of De Pere, James Hart of New Franken, Joseph Hart (Cindy) of De Pere and Judith Parker (David) of Suffolk, VA; and also Sharon Hart.
