He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Collins and Myrtle Collins (Rehr). He is survived by: his wife Julie Stenzel of Ephraim; his son-in-law Bruce Alexander of Baileys Harbor; his son Peter; his daughter-in-law Heather Collins (Lhost) of Sister Bay; his granddaughter Chloe Alexander; his stepgranddaughters, Kayla and Eva Olson; and his son Nick Collins. He is also survived by his children, daughter.
Memorial donations will be used to purchase a bench in Bill's name to be placed in Baileys Harbor and can be sent to the family at PO Box 622, Fish Creek, WI 54212.
