He was predeceased by: his parents, Danford Larkin and Agnes Larkin (Coppersmith); his parents-in-law, Mary and George Destree; his grandchildren, Autumn Griep and Ryan Davis; his sisters, Odile Careful, Sharon Ettien, Darlene Putnam and Mary Larkin; and his parents-in-law, Doris, Harold Kaye, Arlene, Roger Braun, Bernadine, Richard Kaye, Lois, Wallace Kipp, Arnold Destree and Dora Destree.
He is survived by: his stepfather Bernard Putnam; his wife Sharon Destree; his children, Cindy Frea (Ken), Wendy Hansen (Mike), Sandy Sekadlo (Jay) and Darren Larkin (Christina Smith); his grandchildren, Travis Frea (Anne), Kristin Davis (Matt), Scott Griep (Renee), Amber May (Justin), Ashley Sekadlo, Alyson Nohelty (Eric), Alyssa Sekadlo (Ryan), Hunter Larkin Vanessa (Alayna), Olivia Larkin, Kristin Franklin (Chris) and Adam Hansen (Ashley); his siblings, Frank Larkin, Danny Larkin (Kathy), Stan Larkin (Mary), Danny Putnam and Caroline Ferron (Calton); and his parents-in-law, Harvey Destree (Shirley), Janice Mueller (Bud) and Joyce Destree. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
