It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verna Sperber of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, born in Algoma, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Wierschke and Anna Wierschke; her husband Willard "Bill" Sperber; her daughter Sherry Beschta; her parents-in-law, Emil and Amanda Sperber; her sons-in-law, Richard Beschta and Lee Groth; her sister Delores Clark; and her sister-in-law Ruth Viste.

She is survived by: her children, Sandy Groth, Susie DeGrave and Scott Sperber (Suzanne). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
