He is survived by: his son Allen Goetz of Green Bay, WI; his grandchildren, Cody and Leah; his sisters, Marlene Schrank of Manitowoc, WI and Mary Meissner-Goetz of Little Sturgeon, WI; his nephew John Goetz (Connie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Timothy, Richard Goetz, Justin Goetz (Rachel), Brenalyn and Adrianna; his niece Cassie Snyder (Shawn); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isaac and Carter; his niece Jamie Schrank; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Deven of Dezirae, E. J. and Ryder; and his close friends, Terry Wiensch, Gene, Sue VandenPlas, Jason Dubois, Kermit, Cleo Franda, Randy, Mary Piontek, Danny Hertel, Andy Mahner, Dick Gerlikowski and Don Irish.
