He is survived by: his sons, Tom LaViolette (Denise) and Jay LaViolette (Donna) of Portland, OR; his son-in-law Dan Price; his grandchildren, Dawn (Mike), Tammy (Dave), Angela, Allison and Alisha; his great grandchildren, Tommy, Alexis and Jon; his siblings, Jim LaViolette (Barb), Terry LaViolette (Karen) of Desert Springs, CA and Yvonne (Lyle); and his close friend Charlotte Schneider.
