She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert "Hub" Haen and Luella Haen (Berns); her husband Jim Lau; her brothers, David and Donald Haen; and her son-in-law Terry Bosman.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine Bosman of New Franken, Sandy Malcore (James) of Brussels, Thomas Lau (Julie Thiry) of Sturgeon Bay, Jeffrey Lau (Shannon) of Sturgeon Bay, John Lau (Sherry) of Sturgeon Bay, Marsha Engelbert (Dennis) of Sturgeon Bay and Karen Nelson (Greg) of Howards Grove; her siblings, Carol Schultz, Polly Westfall, Gary Haen (Janice), Mary Fisher (Paul), Linda Steshetz, James Haen, Gordy Haen (Gail), John Haen (Karen) and Joan Boyer; and her mothers-in-law, Denise Haen and Patty Nolte (Haen). She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and blessed with many great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in her memory to St. John Bosco Catholic School.
