He is survived by: his wife Sally Brandstrom; his children, Susan Schultz (Chris) and Matt Stram; his grandchildren, Alice, Rudie, Joey and Jacob; his brother Bob Stram (Pam); and his parents-in-law, Dorothy Brandstrom, Sara Nelson (Doug), Susie Schulz (Dan), Mary Nelson (Jim) and Bob Brandstrom (Deb). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
