He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Forret and Karl Edward Forret; his brother-in-law Dean Felker; and his grandson-in-law Ryan DaCosta. He is survived by: his daughter Lynette Rae Forret of Waukee, IA; his wife Patricia Forret; his children, Rev. Cherie Forret of Manitowoc and Doug Forret (Amy) of Cedar Rapids, IA; his grandchildren, Jacob Meyer (Bree), Jessamy Meyer (Michael Thompson), Lucas Buehler-Meyer (Lizzie), Emily Hawk (Brenden), Ariel DaCosta, Sasha Patterson (Chuka), Chase Foret (Tabbetha) and Cole Conway (Raven); his great grandchildren, Audrey, Micah Hawk, Ethan, Owen Meyer, Elliott Ray Thompson and Cordelia Foret; and his sister Barbara Felker of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by other relatives; and friends.
