We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2021, at the age of 90, Phillip Appel (Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Maxwell Appel and Flora Lillian Appel (Hoffner); and his wife Nancy Pearl Schuyler. He is survived by: his sister Bay Motors; his children, Jeffrey Appel (Jean) of Potomac Falls, VA, Daniel Appel (Koren Dolata) of Bark River, MI and Stephanie Kutz (Russell) of Oregon, WI; his grandchildren, Mary-Kate, Appel Butler (Jimmy) and Nathan; his sisters-in-law, Grace Fellner and Delores Schulyer; and his close friend Bonnie Nelson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other relatives.

At the request of the Appel family, those in attendance of the visitation and/or funeral service are kindly asked to wear a face mask.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Phil's name for Unity (Hospice and Palliative Care) at 2366 Oak Ridge Circle, De Pere, WI 54115.
