It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman M. Frando of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 24, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Frando and Katherine Frando (Bink); his wife Elizabeth Vanden Bogart; and his siblings, Jerome Frando (Loretta), Katherine Atkinson (Merle) and Leona Riederer (Paul).
He is survived by: his son Ronald Frando (Mary); and his grandchildren, Shannon Henderson (Bobby), Amy Frando and Brian Frando. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
