He was predeceased by: his father Martin "Mike" Cyrus, Jr.; his stepfather Scotty Turner; and his father-in-law Irv Collins. He is survived by: his mother Sheila Kelsey (Haggerty); his wife Jeannine Marie Collins; his children, Martin (Tiffany), Palmer, Henry, Arthur, Walter, Merrill and Shelby Kelsey; his granddaughters, Evelynn and Eleanor Kelsey; his siblings, Beatrice Stein (Larry) of Windermere, FL, Barbara McIntire (Mark) of Sartell, MN, Peggy Kelsey (Mike Teich) of Whitefish Bay, WI, Brian Kelsey (Philip Berndt) of Fish Creek, WI, Kathryn Turner of Los Angeles, CA and Elizabeth Kelsey of Portland, OR; his stepmother Margaret Kelsey of Portland, OR; his brothers, Gary Mihaley (Linda) of South Salem, NY and James Mihaley of Los Angeles, CA; his brothers-in-law, Steve (Michelle) of Green Bay, WI and Scott Collins of Green Bay, WI; and his mother-in-law Saundra Collins of Green Bay, WI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives; and many dear friends.
Memorials may be given in Mike's name for the Kelsey Children's Fund at Nicolet Bank, 236 N. 4th Ave., Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235.
