She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl "Kinsey" Johnson and Shirley Ann Johnson (Simon); and her parents-in-law, Ronald Seizer and Josephine Courtright. She is survived by: her husband Craig Royce Seizer; her daughter Rachel Julia Seizer of Madison; her siblings, Kathy Johnson (Tom Tollefsen) of West Chester, PA, Chuck Johnson (Nicole Engisch) of Bloomington, MN and Steve Johnson of Sturgeon Bay; her nephews, David, Christopher Tollefsen and Anthony; her niece Nadia Johnson; her sister-in-law Stacey Anderson (Dave); and her nephew Travis (Shanna).
