She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer William Reading and Blanche Catherine Reading (Sudtelgte); her spouse Lee Robert Polacheck; her former husband James J. MacPhetridge; her siblings, Louis, Marie Condran (Jim), Rita Lofy (Edward), Eileen Gerlach (Charles) and Barbara Hartnett (David); and her brother-in-law Robert MacPhetridge.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Mead (Michael) of Ellison Bay, Gregory Polacheck (Maribeth) of Lake Mills, Joseph Polacheck (Kathleen), Jane Faella (Tom), Lee Polacheck, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Green Bay and David Polacheck (Michelle) of Franklin; her grandchildren, Rachael Taylor (Dave), Cassandra Farina (Stephen), Jamie Mead (Matt Chambas), Shannon Thieme (Elliott), David M. Polacheck, Elizabeth Longsdorf (Ryan), Mckenzie Cremer (Michael), Lena Faella (Satari Spiller), Joseph Faella, Erin Faella (Al Hoo), Katie Polacheck (Leigha Warner), Claire Polacheck and Tess Polacheck; her great grandchildren, Ellision, Ruby, Salvatore, Rosemary, Kiera, Elise, Scarlett, Maren and Jamier; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Schmidt Radloff, Linda Foglia (Greg) and Donna Joas (Robert).
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:40 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (110 N 5th Ave, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given in Louise's name for the Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court Pere Marquette #1058; or the St. Joseph Choir (MAIL TO: 526 Louisiana Street, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235).
