He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Schmiling; his children, Tony Kostka (Katherine) of Glenbeulah, WI, Tim Kostka and Karen DuFrane (Mark); his grandchildren, Matt Kostka (Jessica), Kelsey Geenen, Levi DuFrane (Lacey) and Sophie DuFrane (Will); and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Brenna, Odin, Emrick and Laylah.
