He was predeceased by: his father Larry Keylo Carter; his niece Olivia Krueger; and his uncles, Lester Hembel III and Glen Hembel. He is survived by: his siblings, Jamie Krueger (Jeff) of Maplewood and Cory Hembel of Sturgeon Bay; and his nieces and nephews, Colton, Jackson Krueger, Grayson, Alanah and Kenley Hembel. He is also survived by other relatives; and friends.
